You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7–10 business days.
Need a different size or colour? Where stock allows, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
